Traders’ Hub Limited (“Traders Hub”) is incorporated under the Companies Act 1972, as amended, with Company No. 8432068 and is licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, License No. SD126.
The Company’s registered address is Room 12, First Floor, Kingsgate House, Independence Avenue, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles.
Deposits, withdrawals and their associated fees and charges are subject to the terms listed in these Payment Terms. Traders’ Hub Limited has drafted the Payment Terms in addition to other Terms so that you are aware of the rules that regulate our business relationship.
Deposits, withdrawals, fees and charges
1. Any cash deposit in your Traders’ Hub trading account is your asset and you are entitled to withdraw all or part of it, being your free margin, within the limits available and in accordance with the said payment policies.
2. In order to facilitate customers, Traders’ Hub is keen to offer a variety of withdrawal and deposit options, as mentioned on the website.
3. The maximum and minimum transactions are specified as indicated on the Company’s website. If a deposit or withdrawal larger or smaller than the predetermined values of the Company is requested, the request will be rejected.
4. If you request a free margin withdrawal and, during the withdrawal processing, any open position has moved, resulting in a change in the value of the free margin to a lower free margin value than the withdrawal request, the request will be rejected.
5. If you wish to withdraw all the amount available in your account, consider the following:
a. Closing all open positions.
b. Applying for the remaining balance to be withdrawn via the portal or by sending an email to ops@tradershub.sc.
6. The Company has the right to deduct any amounts due from the investor from the withdrawal request in accordance with the conditions.
7. Any withdrawal request will be made by transferring the amount to be withdrawn to the same source from which the deposit was made. The Company will not proceed with withdrawals to third-party or anonymous accounts.
8. When making payments to your Account, your request may be subject to delay. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage which may arise from such delay.
9. Fees and charges may be applied when using financial products such as debit and credit cards and when using currencies other than USD, GBP, EUR or AED.
10. Traders’ Hub reserves the right to request additional information should it see it necessary to process the verification of the Client’s identity and source of funds according to best industry standards and regulatory needs.
11. Traders’ Hub reserves the right to reject any funds originating from a country other than the Client’s declared country of residence.
